I received the second recording after this appeal was made, after further review and discussion with the staff team I am going to deny this appeal and extend the ban permanently.
You state you are a minor which gives 2 different reasons why this could be bad:
1) You are under 16 and given your behavior on the server especially around mic spamming you would be perma-banned under our community rule of 16+ players.
2) You are 16/17 and your comments about a 14 year old and a player who is obviously even younger than you are unacceptable and not tolerated in this community and will result in a perma-ban.
There is a dark history among gmod communities that you may not be aware of. Because of this history our community has a very firm stance on content that may involve minors, including spoken words. I hope you will mature and come to learn and appreciate the lesson from this that there are certain lines that when crossed go from 'weird' to disturbing and unacceptable.
