I disagree with removing random, sometimes RNGesus is the way, the path to salvation.
That being said, a twist on this suggestion: removing the supporter/vip/legendary bonus to vote weight if you vote on random (for example, as VIP when I vote my vote counts for 2, but if I vote random, it would only count as 1, not 2).

+9 for some kind of cooldown . . . kind of silly that mapvote exists when every mapvote is just 43%+ for random

We don't need to remove it, just give it a cooldown so we can occasionally enjoy pure chaos.

My biggest irk with it is the fact that people vote random and then want to RTV. I don't want to go through another map change just because the random map wasn't to their liking.
Fuck around and find out.
IMO the RTV command should be disabled after a random map, but I do think putting random on cooldown could work too.
