Pending Clean headshot decrease DNA timer

Just as the titles said, Headshot blown smooth-off should decrease DNA timer by 20 or 30% (Depend on Dev) To promote high risk high reward skill.
Also realistically, it harder to indentify a person without the head

Maybe if someone thought DNA was overpowered?? But I dont think it is??? Seems like a pretty needless change to me
