Implemented Change the Color on the forums for Unread topics

Like the title says, either have the unread topics be obvious vs a slightly bolder white or allow players to select a color like the example I have below.

I have no clue how I did this on ahg. It took me 3+ hours to find, which means someone else can probably do it in 15 minutes
