Previous staffing experienceI have roughly 2 years with SGM, and an additional 1+ on other Gmod servers.. It has been YEARS but 1 Prop hunt server, and a DarkRP community that relaunched like 4 times (Each time they relaunched I was welcomed back directly onto their staff team).

In my career, I have to resolve conflicts with the customers, employees, and our general office.
And in Jr. High, I was a peer Mediator lmao
How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?

Gmod I have been pretty active the last week or so, same with the forums.
Discord I plan to get more involved with overtime
How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
I am the Head Manager of two departments at my store, and have a soon to be 3 year old stepson. So availability will fluctuate, but I feel I wouldn't have an issue, getting anywhere between 5-15 hours a week, with more time available on forums and discord.
How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
My position at work has certainly helped me handle frustrating situations with a firm level head, being able to admit my fault when necessary.
How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
I would say my conflict resolution style is compromising. I try to keep a calm tone and break bad news lightly.
Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Yes, I've been refreshing myself over the last week or so.
What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?

I believe I have had an overall positive reputation built in my time in the community, outside of 1 situation that I have grown from and past.
