Previous staffing experienceSGM - technically coming up 6 and half years, in reality 3 year and 8 months to the day if we're just talking server time.
> Dedicated heavy hours to keeping and repopulating the servers amongst a collapsed staff team and an (unintentionally) competing TTT server poaching players, ensuring competence and humility in moderating and later staffing in general.
> Promoted to admin within 3 months serving as admin for the overwhelming majority of my tenure. Working alongside MangoTango and Teroxa to revive what was effectively a depopulated corpse of a community to a thriving and then stable server and discord/forums. I promoted and worked with primarily individualist moderators honing their skills to solo-moderate during the less staffed EU hours and then progressing to team-work producing the [greatest?] number of Admins in SGM. I was a frequent practitioner of mod and admin reviews (quiet and solo mods on my team and all), to keep up with their performance; this involved guaranteed compliments and assurances to staff for their strengths and recommend improvements and ensure team morale and competence.

= Where possible I gave chances to many applicants who did not meet requirements or had other factors that would otherwise work against acceptance, going so far as to create discretionary team pick-ups as lead. As a sperg neuro-divergent person myself, this helped work with such mods to combat difficulties and promote strengths, although for some this was not as successful, others showed that risks (from an administration POV) were more than worthwhile, going on to be picked up again as more than respected staff even now 
= Towards the end of my term as lead admin I was fairly inactive due to University work which impacted my server presence, however I ensured discord and staff team presence.
AHG - Founding until sometime in March in some year
> I worked harder alongside uni work to improve activity and aiding in setting up AHG, however I don't remember much of this period of time due to a combination of burn-out (IRL and GMod), and depression/ASD/ADHD induced disassociation.
= I did well enough but inactivity took it's toll and I resigned (letter on my desk in the morning demotion).

Why should you be considered for a moderator position?Strengths:

I don't staff tired
I don't staff intoxicated
I don't fuck around, except where I do, for the greater good (I found my tau models Lemoncakes )
)and I have plenty of freetime 6pm-00:00 GMT as currently job-seeking and the boomers lied that a degree was needed for a good job, and when I get one (so many job apps pending fingers crossed) I have learnt time-management.
Weaknesses:
I cannot respond to things in detail past 10-11pm, tiredness and me results in bad wording (Nathan776 can testify, I'm sorry for that snark on the Jabba-be-gone AHG post I can't remember if I ever apologised) but it's now a personal boundary for everything I do in life. This doesn't apply to staffing until around 2am, since it's all muscle memory.
- Free advice, don't think about life past 9pm unless you have snacks, not joking, don't do it.
Austim - but it ain't a hinderance, a Spec-ed trained, teacher mother and a number of extroverts 'adopting' me over so many years me has given me a wealth of social skills, empathy, and understanding equivalent to my peers. I simply have my quirks and will psychoanalyse people to know how to most effectively talk each individual, this is not always to the person's liking, but acquired maturity includes learning when to shut my mouth.
Laptop - I own a lovely, powerful PC however, in acquiescence to my beloved fiancé, he gets to use the desk and therefore the PC. As such I would be staffing on Laptop (i7-8750H and GTX 1050Ti), which while more than capable than what I first staffed on, it does however limit me to recording in demos. Playback for reports will obviously be HD 144Hz for forums appeals etc (file transfer to PC), hacking evidence will need to be on the obvious sides of things to be acceptable; in such circumstances other staff will be alerted immediately.
My R key doesn't work, no really, I need to press another key at the same time for it work- most of the time. This slows down typing, everything else is rebound to mouse keys. Will be fixed when I have suitable disposable income. ( Q key too but that works more reliably and is less impactful)
P.S. A deal I made many years ago means that posting this application will result in a free slap from a certain someone, so please understand I file this willingly in full understanding of he consequences.
