I think it'd be helpful both for players looking to make a bug report - and for developers - to have a few guidelines when making reports.
Since I assume it's easier to investigate bugs if you have certain logs, screenshots/video, etc. to help root out the cause and fix things.
I think the most simple way to do that is to make a bug report formula, similar to what is used for staff applications over in that forum.
It'll help make more effective bug reports, while making bug reports more clean and tidy, easier to review, and hopefully more helpful to the devs.
It may be a little more taxing on the players filing reports to fill out a formula, but I don't think it would be to such a degree that it would deter bug reporting.
