Why you should be unbanned
Not sure why I was banned when i was repenting from my past transgressions and learned the rules as to what is kos the last incident that happened was justified user "prop chucker" had a history of prop killing (which is kos) and when he attempted to prop kill me i killed him for it.

Then i guess he reports me and i get banned for it?​

Mass RDM I can account for, you told me that I was 1 rdm away from a ban and i took that to heart and did not do that anymore. The only other time I had killed someone and been reported was from the user prop chucker who was rdming by use of prop kill and attempted to rdm me that way and I kos'd him for it. which in the rules is not allowed.

The ban evasion was only because I did not believe I deserved the ban and was trying to get back on and figure out what happened exactly that caused the ban. However I wasn't able to be heard to please my case.

it wasn't my best conduct in the beginning but after everything settled I did my best to follow the rules and play within the lines. I should not have been punished for the kos on prop chucker.

Yes, I did warn you were close to mass RDM (unfortunately due to you deciding to do vigilante justice in the middle of my group trolling investigation) and I will agree to the character that from the time I dealt 4 slays to you and you took the time to read the rules you did improve in general. I attest to the character growth I saw while on the server but as I had left the server by the time of your ban I have to defer to those that were directly involved with the final ban. In general these take a little while as they will present evidence and reasons to try to give you as fair a view as possible.

Hello Karma, You were banned for Mass RDM for 1 day by me due to 4 instances of RDM that were all targeted and/or intentional. Learning from your past transgressions would mean not doing this after being explained what our ruleset is by multiple staff members multiple times.

The case you are referring to with prop chucker, at 00:00 you killed a detective as an innocent for holding a prop. This was the one that pushed you over the edge that I banned you for. Screenshots are all available for your view: https://imgur.com/a/xxBWBJj

very shortly after I banned you, you decided to join the server on another account, which I will let @Agennon address.
 
In screenshot 1, ALLMAGAEXECUTION was banned for group trolling, so I dont think his reports hold water at all as he was trolling and rdming the entire time on the server.

you also do not address the prop killing by prop chucker in previous rounds. he was constantly prop killing myself and other users which i had reported him for prior to this incident,

at the time of this report, he was attempting to prop kill before the round and trying to set up a prop kill as the round started which is kos it does not matter that he became a detective at the moment the round started he has already committed to prop killing at the start of the round thus validating his kos. him becoming a detective was a coincidence and not a defense to not be kos I believe this instance is unique to the other instances of rdm that were repented for by the slays. it should have been addressed directly and not just taken absolute action on because of his also previous rdms which had no action taken although there were numerous reports.
 
I also find it interesting that multiple other people on the server were found rdming during my time there, and yet reports went uninvestigated or spent much less time on their reports than reports against me. Which leads me to belive that the staff must be more focused on my conduct looking for a reason to punish me even when I had moved on from previours altercations with other user. I still had 2+ mods spectating me waiting for me to do something they can take action on.
 
Also, none of the reports against me were handled by you so for you to swoop in and lay a ban down on me without knowing the full history of the incidents implies some bias against me.

I dont believe it would have resulted in the same conclusion if muffin or noctorious handled the prop chucker incident.

You were playing the game at the same time as me, muffin at least was spectating for most of the time. You, rog, must have been sick of my insistence that prop chucker was prop killing and once i had the tiniest bit of evidence that could be used to ban me you took it.
 
I banned you for Ban Evasion, since that is what you did. I see no reason to get into the details since you admit to having done so here in this appeal.

Seeing as my part of the ban is more significant than the RDM, I'll be making the final judgement here.

I sentence you to serve out your sentence, you evil ban evader. Come back in two weeks if you want.
