I've had previous staff experience on moats ttt server a while ago I ended up switching to fivem to manage a bigger server at the time.
Why should you be considered for a moderator position?
I think I should be considered because of my experience and how active I am. I’m on pretty much all day and I’m just looking to help out wherever I can. Right now I’m working on building a career for myself, so in the meantime I’ve been chilling and really enjoying the server. I took a break from staffing for a while, but I’ve got a lot of past experience, including being a manager where I handled staff situations, reports, tickets, and oversaw my own team. I’m mainly here to share ideas, help out the community, and hopefully contribute to the server’s growth.
I'm always happy to see a new application, welcome to the community. I have a couple things for you here:
I know you're aware of your account linking issue. I'm honestly not even sure how you managed to make an account without linking your steam, but that's something that will need to be resolved as soon as possible. The forums and server are connected, so in the event that your application is accepted, we won't be able to promote you if your steam account isn't properly linked. Please reach out to an admin+ about this when you can, or I'll be around in the evenings/weekend to help you with it.
You've been in the discord now for 11 days, but only interacted a few times today to ask for help linking your account. At this point you're largely an unknown quantity within the community, so participating in conversation around discord will go a long way for your application.
While your punishment history on the server across the 12 hours you've played is mostly clean, you do have a kick for slurs on February 5th, which is a pretty major offense here. Honestly I wouldn't even be worried about a few days for rdm as that's how people learn the rules or just make mistakes, but saying slurs is pretty intentional and easily avoidable. What happened here?
Finally, you actually don't quite meet the minimum playtime requirements of 20 lifetime hours to apply just yet, so between that and just being pretty new to the community in general, you should expect this application to sit for a little bit until your playtime increases and people around the community get to know you better. Please read through these threads to see the requirements. These threads also contain some basic application questions that would help us out greatly if you could answer and edit in to your original application, or post as a new response to your application below.
