I've seen this implemented on a few different servers and it is always exceptional. Replace the secondary fire of the Newton Launcher to pull things instead of being a "charge up". The charge doesn't seem to do anything anyways, and the ability to pull with the launcher adds a layer of depth

The charge is nice because it shoots out an explosive barrel, sometimes it's useful, usually not.

However, I do remember having this on servers, I think it was two separate items. It was a really nice thing to have and you could have some fun.
