I love that design, but also had an idea a while ago. What if we allow users with store ranks to upload their own images that will appear as the background of the loading screen and rotate through a carousel every 5 seconds. The images would be vetted by staff members before they are officially active on the loading screen. Images would last for a month before expiring.

With the launch of the new EU server, the loading screen has been updated and includes your background. I made sure to keep the loading status at the bottom of the screen as to not block the center portion of your work.
