Implemented ttt_waterworld

This map is so poorly optimized that testing it on a local server I was getting 150 FPS. On a PC that AVG's 900+ on almost all of the current maps. I can not imagine what players with lower end PC's are going to have. For that reason, im out. -1
 
The 2020 Remastered was a great version and I know we have used it in the past.

The main thing with the original waterworld is the FPS drops faster than... I can't say that

Either way, the 2020 remaster we can run some checks if we decide this would be a good addition to the server map rotation. Open maps can be taxing on FPS because they require rendering a large number of entities in an open space, unlike smaller maps where entities not in view aren't rendered.
